Homemade Pizza with Steak, Arugula & Balsamic Reduction

The dough

Instructions
- Make your own homemade whole wheat pizza dough.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the new york strip steak with salt and pepper on both sides and grill each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to the desired size and move it to a baking sheet.
- Spread the olive oil, minced garlic, roasted red pepper, and crumbled goat cheese evenly on the dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with thinly sliced new york strip steak and fresh arugula.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction, cut, and serve.
