Grilled Pizza

tomato basil marinara sauce

fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced

beef steak tomato, sliced

Instructions
- Make homemade whole wheat pizza dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the desired size.
- Prepare all pizza toppings and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to 350°-400°F and ensure the grill grates are cleaned and oiled.
- Transfer the rolled-out pizza dough directly onto the grill grates and close the lid. Grill for 2-3 minutes until the dough starts to bubble and the bottom is slightly browned.
- Remove from the grill, flip the dough, and place it on a cookie sheet grilled side up.
- Top the pizza with desired toppings on the grilled side, spreading ingredients evenly.
- Transfer the topped pizza back onto the grill and close the lid. Grill for another 5-7 minutes, checking for doneness of crust, melted cheese, and crispy toppings.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
