Instructions
- Pound the pork slices lightly and mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate the pork for at least 2 hours or overnight, then grill until charred.
- Spread mayonnaise on the baguette, add grilled pork, top with pickled veggies and cilantro, then serve.
