Instructions
- Prepare and chill the Peanut Butter Pudding.
- Make a double batch of coconut whipped cream and chill.
- Mix the pudding with half of the coconut whipped cream in a bowl.
- Layer vanilla wafers in a 9x13 inch pan, then add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Top the bananas with the pudding-coconut mixture and smooth the top.
- Add the remaining coconut whipped cream on top.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with sliced bananas, crushed wafers, and crushed peanuts if desired.
