Instructions
- Blend all pudding ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth, adding more milk if needed.
- Adjust cocoa powder and sweetener to taste for desired richness and sweetness.
- Divide the pudding into serving glasses and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it down to prevent a skin from forming.
- Chill for a few hours or overnight.
