No Bake Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Instructions
- Add the avocado and coconut cream to a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Add the maple syrup, banana, and cocoa powder, then blend for 15-30 seconds until smooth.
- If using, add the cacao nibs and blend again.
- Scoop the pudding into one large container or several mini containers.
- Cover with saran wrap, pressing down to avoid condensation.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
- Garnish with a mint leaf, coconut whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder before serving.
