Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 3 pieces Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup unsweetened dairy-free milk

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Add the dates, maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and dairy-free milk.
  3. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  4. Serve the pudding at room temperature or chilled.
