Instructions
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Add the dates, maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and dairy-free milk.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Serve the pudding at room temperature or chilled.
