Instructions
- Soak the dates in water for 24 hours.
- Strain the dates, reserving the soaking water.
- In a food processor, combine the dates, avocado flesh, and cocoa powder, then puree until smooth.
- Add the reserved date water and sea salt, and puree again.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
