Instructions
- 1. Pulse the dates and almond butter in a food processor until smooth.
- 2. Add the avocado, yogurt, banana, and cocoa powder one by one, blending for 30-60 seconds after each addition until smooth.
- 3. Add the vanilla extract and pulse for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- 4. Divide the pudding into 3 containers and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with cacao nibs, pistachios, or unsweetened coconut before serving.
