Instructions
- Combine all pudding ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and sweetener as needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container and chill for 1 to 2 hours or enjoy immediately.
- Serve in bowls topped with Coconut Whipped Cream, fresh berries, and nuts.
