Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F or set to broil.
- Combine all ingredients except toppings in a medium pot and bring to a light boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe pan and broil for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Top with crushed chips, walnuts, and fresh herbs before serving.
