Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut aminos, water, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil over medium-high heat to make the teriyaki sauce.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve corn starch in cold water.
- Once the sauce simmers, add the corn starch mixture while whisking until thickened, then set aside.
- Sauté the white/light green parts of the green onions in oil until softened.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, sautéed onions, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 30 meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Toss the cooked meatballs with the remaining teriyaki sauce and garnish as desired.
