Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cauliflower rice, and green onions.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken-rice mixture and toss to coat well.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Garnish with more ranch dressing, green onions, and parsley before serving with celery sticks.
