Instructions
- Marinate the sea bass in sake, mirin, and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Pan-sear both sides of the sea bass until lightly browned, then transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the ginger ponzu sauce over the baked sea bass and serve hot.
