The marinade

white miso paste

sake

ginger juice

palm sugar or sugar
Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and reserve some for plating.
- Coat the sea bass in the marinade and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Preheat an indoor grill and remove excess marinade from the sea bass.
- Grill the fish until browned on both sides.
- Transfer the fish to an oven set at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
