Instructions
- Whisk together the miso, mirin, brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add the salmon fillets to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 4 hours.
- Preheat the broiler and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon fillets on the pan and spoon any excess marinade over them.
- Broil for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
