Instructions
- Combine red miso, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a large bowl.
- Add salmon fillets to the marinade and coat them well.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven broiler on high.
- Grease a baking sheet and transfer the marinated salmon to it.
- Broil the salmon for 8 minutes or until it reaches the desired internal temperature.
- Serve the salmon garnished with chopped scallions.
