Crispy Miso Lime Tofu

Instructions
- Wash and dry the butter lettuce leaves and cut the limes in half.
- In a bowl, mix the juice of 1 lime, soy sauce, water, miso, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and prepare the tofu by squeezing out excess liquid.
- Crumble the tofu and add it to the hot skillet, cooking undisturbed for 3 minutes before stirring.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown, about 9 to 12 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the tofu and stir until absorbed, then turn off the heat.
- Serve the crispy tofu in lettuce leaves with optional toppings and squeeze lime juice over before eating.
