Instructions
- Marinate the cubed tofu in soy sauce and seasonings.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the tofu until crispy on all sides.
- In another pan, combine teriyaki sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Add the cooked tofu to the sauce and mix well.
- Let it sit in the sauce for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
