Crispy Baked Tofu Teriyaki

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into evenly sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, drizzle 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over the tofu and mix well.
- Add the cornstarch to the tofu and mix again until coated.
- Arrange the tofu and broccoli on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with more teriyaki sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush additional teriyaki sauce on the tofu and sprinkle with green onions.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with rice and additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
