Super Crispy Sesame Tofu

Extra Firm Tofu, Cubed and Drained

The sauce

Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, organic

Low Sodium Tamari or Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice the tofu into small cubes and place on paper towels to drain.
- Press the tofu with more paper towels and a heavy skillet for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the pressed tofu to a zip-top bag and add corn starch, shaking to coat.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu to the skillet, browning it on one side before flipping.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add teriyaki and soy sauce, and toss to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
