Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until thick.
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then break it into chunks and coat with avocado oil, coconut aminos, and arrowroot starch.
- Spread the tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sauté green onions and garlic in a pan, then add the baked tofu and sauce, stirring to coat.
- Serve the tofu over rice or lettuce.
