Spicy Garlicky Sesame Tofu

Instructions
- Prepare rice or vegetables if serving with them.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces and toss with oil and salt on the baking sheet.
- Bake the tofu for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the simmering sauce and stir until thickened.
- Stir in sesame seeds and adjust the sauce to taste.
- Once the tofu is done, combine it with the sauce and serve warm with rice and vegetables.
