Instructions
- Drain the tofu by placing it in a tofu press for 30 minutes or wrapping it in paper towels and weighing it down.
- Break the tofu into 1.5 inch pieces by hand.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and coat the bottom with oil.
- In a zip bag, combine the tofu pieces with corn starch and soy sauce, shaking to coat.
- Add the tofu to the hot pan and let it cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes until golden crispy edges form.
- Flip the tofu and cook until all pieces are crispy, then toss with your favorite sauce.
