Chickpea Vegan Sausage Crumbles

Instructions
- Rinse and dry the chickpeas thoroughly, removing as many outer skins as possible.
- Place dried chickpeas in a bowl and add all the spices except for the oat flour.
- Use a potato masher or your hands to crumble the chickpeas into small pieces, avoiding a mash.
- Add the oat flour to the bowl and mix well to coat the crumbles.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet in an even layer.
- Bake at 375°F (180°C) for 20 minutes until the outside is beginning to get crispy.
- Sprinkle over your favorite dishes.
