Heirloom Caprese Salad

mixed heirloom tomatoes or the best ripe tomatoes available

burrata or mozzarella, preferably fresh or packed in water

fresh basil leaves

flaky sea salt or ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes into ¼ inch thick slices and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Cut the burrata or mozzarella into ¼ to ½ inch slices and distribute it around the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the basil leaves over the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the salad rest for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors before serving.
