Caprese Salad
Ingredients
Tomatoes

mixed cherry tomatoes, preferably heirloom

mixed medium and large tomatoes, preferably heirloom
Dressing and Seasoning

extra-virgin olive oil

flaky sea salt

coarsely ground black pepper
Cheese

oz.
buffalo mozzarella or mozzarella, torn into pieces
Garnish

small basil leaves

Instructions
- Toss the cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil and season with flaky sea salt.
- Arrange the medium and large tomatoes on a serving platter, season with flaky sea salt, and top with the torn mozzarella.
- Spoon the cherry tomatoes over the salad, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and season with black pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Top the salad with basil leaves and additional salt and oil if desired. Serve with toasted country bread.
