Instructions
- Make the cilantro lime sauce by blending Greek yogurt, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Prep the chicken and vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the bell peppers and onion in a skillet with oil until softened and slightly charred.
- Add the chicken and seasonings to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
