Instructions
- Cook the Basmati Rice according to the instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, slice the avocado and set aside.
- In a small pot, heat the black beans until tender.
- Mix the spices in a bowl and season the chicken breast on both sides.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, cut the chicken into small chunks.
- Layer the bowl with rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and avocado.
