Instructions
- Cut the sashimi-grade tuna into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna cubes, sliced onion, and cucumber.
- Sprinkle furikake and Japanese chili pepper over the mixture.
- Add soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil, then gently mix all ingredients together.
- Top with chopped green onion and serve immediately over steamed white rice.
