Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ to 1 cup halved, sliced, or cubed vegetables

Instructions

  2. Scatter the vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Spread the vegetables evenly on the sheet pan, cut side down if applicable.
