Hash Brown Breakfast Bake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, peppers, onions, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Spread 1 cup of shredded cheese on the bottom of a baking pan.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
- Layer with tater tots, covering with foil if not baking immediately.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then top with ½ cup shredded cheese.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
