Ingredients

  • 1 piece frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen butternut squash or frozen cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 piece medjool date, pitted
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
