Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease an 8-inch cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the vinegar, vanilla extract, oil, water, and orange juice to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the cranberries gently.
- Transfer the batter to the greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-27 minutes or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
