Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, maple syrup, and sriracha.
- Finely mince the ginger and garlic and add them to the bowl.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined; it will be thick.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water and whisk again until the sauce is thinner.
- If needed, add another tablespoon of water to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
