Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice, rice vinegar, sriracha, tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, ginger, and 4 tablespoons of water.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth.
- If the sauce is too thick, gradually add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Use the sauce as a dipping sauce or on peanut noodles.
