Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp spicy sesame oil
  • ½ lime juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp sambal chili paste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Shake until well mixed, using a fork if needed to smooth out the peanut butter.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to thicken.
  4. Use as desired on salads, stir-fries, or noodles.
