Tortilla Crusted Chicken

Instructions
- Combine flour, taco seasoning, and salt in a shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs in another shallow dish.
- Place crushed tortilla chips in a third dish.
- Pound the chicken to an even thickness.
- Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, then in the eggs.
- Coat the chicken in the crushed tortilla chips, pressing gently to adhere.
- For air frying, preheat air fryer to 400°F, spray chicken with oil, and cook for 6 minutes, flipping and cooking for an additional 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
- For baking, preheat oven to 425°F, place chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 10 minutes, flipping and baking for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
