Instructions
- Prep all ingredients and set up bowls with toppings.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips and toss with seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add seasoned chicken strips, cooking until golden brown.
- Flip chicken and cook until done, then remove from pan and let rest.
- Cut chicken into small pieces after resting.
- Add a little water to the pan to create a sauce with the drippings.
- Toast tortillas in a hot skillet until they develop brown spots and puff up.
- Keep tortillas warm in a moist towel until ready to serve.
- Return chicken to the pan to coat with sauce before serving.
- Serve immediately with tortillas and toppings.
