Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Crush the tortilla chips in a food processor and set aside in a large bowl.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Coat each chicken piece with flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and coat with crushed tortilla chips.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
