Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder, drizzled with olive oil.
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the wire rack with space between them.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm with dipping sauces.
