Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour and paprika in a small dish.
- Place chicken strips in a Ziploc bag with the flour mixture, seal, and shake to coat.
- Beat the egg whites in a shallow dish and set aside.
- In another shallow dish, combine cornflake crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, cayenne, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Coat each flour-coated chicken strip in egg whites, then press into the cornflake mixture to coat both sides.
- Transfer the coated strips to the baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
