Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In one bowl, whisk together the egg, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, flaxseed meal, and other seasonings.
- Dip the chicken in the egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet with a wire rack or parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
