Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF and prepare a baking rack on a baking sheet.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg wash, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the baking rack.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the honey mustard sauce ingredients.
- Serve the chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce.
