Instructions
- Combine the chicken, cheeses, and spices in a bowl.
- Wrap the tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm.
- Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, roll them up tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
- To fry, heat oil in a deep pan and fry the taquitos until golden brown.
