Instructions
- Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- Mix in green salsa, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and granulated garlic.
- Stir in cilantro and green onions, then add chicken and cheese, mixing well.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, greasing it lightly.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave wrapped in damp paper towels until soft.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on the lower third of each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Arrange rolled taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
- Spray or brush the tops with oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving, optionally with sour cream or creamy lime-cilantro dressing.
