Instructions
- Combine the chicken, cream cheese, chipotle, salt, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Heat the corn tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds until warm and pliable.
- Take one tortilla and place 2 tablespoons of filling along one edge, then roll it up tightly and place seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Ensure the taquitos do not touch each other for even cooking and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes, then flip the taquitos, spray again, and fry for an additional 2-5 minutes, checking for crispiness.
- Remove the finished taquitos and repeat with any remaining filling.
- Serve immediately with crema, salsa, and queso.
