Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, green onions, taco seasoning, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place about 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, about 1 inch from the edge, and tightly roll them up, placing seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tortillas are lightly golden brown.
- Serve with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, or your favorite sauce.
