Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place the peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil if using.
- Roast for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until the skins are popping and crisp.
- Wrap the roasted peppers in foil or place in a plastic bag for about 5 minutes to steam.
- Peel the skin off the peppers, which should come off easily after steaming.
- Cut the peppers as needed and use them in your recipes.
