Instructions

- Cut the bell peppers in half, removing the stem, membrane, and seeds.
- Place the peppers cut-side down on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Roast the peppers for about 25 minutes until tender and charred, rotating the pans halfway through.
- Transfer the hot peppers to a mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap to steam and cool.
- Once cooled, remove the skins from the peppers.
- Slice the peppers into strips and use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
